Hope everyone enjoyed the long, snowy weekend!

Due to the weather, we will continue to read the story "Then and Now" this week, and discuss how things we use today are different from things we used long ago. We will keep working with the letter Oo and work on drawing conclusions. Additionally, we will be doing some fun activities to get ready for Valentine's Day.

In Math, we will start our topic on counting to 100 -- just in time for the 100th day of school.

In Science, we will continue our unit on “Objects” and grouping objects based on their composition and characteristics.

REMINDERS:
  • Report Cards will be sent home today!!
  • Friday, February 6th will be JEANS DAY for students. Please donate $1 if your child intends on participating.
  • Due to the weather, we will no longer be celebrating the 100th day of school on Wednesday. We will be sending home more information when the date is set.
