This week in Reading, we read the story “Plaidypus Lost” and discussed how families cooperate. We were introduced to the letters Oo, Pp, Qq, Rr, and Ss and continued working with syllables, rhyming and blending. We also worked on sequencing! In Math, we practiced using our position words: inside, outside, above, below, and on.
Next
week, we will begin reading the story “Miss Bindergarten Takes a Field Trip”
and discuss how people work together in a community. In Math, we will be working with our left and
right and we will be tested on our position words. Our principal, Mr. Jones will be coming in to teach a lesson on Monday.
