This week we did lots of fun
activities to celebrate the 100th day of school. We wrote about what
we would do if we had $100, we thought about what we’d look like if we were 100
years old, we practiced counting to 100, and we counted how many times we could
do certain tasks in 100 seconds. We also read a couple books about the 100th
day of school!
Next week, we will be reading
the story “The Lion and the Mouse” and learning about what causes us to feel
the way we feel. We will continue working with the letter Oo and focusing on
the main idea of a story.
In Math, we will continue our
topic on counting to 100.
In Science, we will continue our
unit on “Objects” and discuss how to sort and use objects.
